Refund Policy

Internet purchases:

Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we consider the sale as final. The 14 days will start from the day you receive the product.

To be eligible for a return, you have to contact us immediately upon receiving the goods and notify us of any problem which may exist. If you don’t contact us we assume no responsibility for any damage. The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in. It must be correctly packed. We take a lot of care in packing our items so they will arrive in excellent condition at the customer.

However we don’t refund shipping costs. This means the shipping costs made by you.

Refunds (if applicable)

The item must be in the same condition as you received it. It must be correctly packed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow some time for processing the refund. This depends on a few factors like the credit card company if applicable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

To return your product, you should contact us first before making any arrangements.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping you have to ship with insurance. We don’t take any responsibility what so ever in items lost by you furthermore you should consider using a trackable shipping service.
