Shipping Policy


All orders are shipped within 72 hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm CET after your payment has cleared. Exception to this is items which have ivory in them,  during holidays or if we are our self absent due to business travels and such.

Also items with ivory are mainly shipped within Europe due to stricter export regulations. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.


We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Deutsche Post and DHL

If you have a specific request regarding a courier we can and will comply. However, the fees might be for the buyer. If in doubt please enquire about the possibilities.

Insurance and Tracking

If shipping is included in the price then we will always use services which include insurance and tracking. If not included we only offer services which include insurance and tracking.

Especially for larger items and/or high value we will use UPS, FedEx or DHL. However these services can be costly. So we will contact you if you have purchased an item which falls into this category.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be if not then it will be free of charge and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Safe shopping

Is it safe to give us your credit card details? Yes! Simply your details are not being stored on our systems. We use Stripe as our payment provider and this is one of the advantages of using such a system.

We accept Paypal, COD and wire transfers.

Please be aware when using Paypal and the order is cancelled which is not our fault we will not reimburse the incurred costs of cancelation.
